I woke up one morning in 2017 with an itchy right arm. A few days later, my left arm was also itchy. Over the course of a few weeks I had horrible red areas on:
- both of my shins
- both of my arms
- on the left side of my belly
- the back of my head
It was really odd. I never found out if it was eczema or psoriasis.
Here is a photo of where it started:
Believe it or not, it actually got much worse than shown in the photo.
To begin with, I tried to deal with it myself. I used the following essential oils:
- tea tree oil
- peppermint oil
- clove oil
- eucalyptus oil
I realised later that all of these actually aggravated the problem. Eventually I went to the doctor and was prescribed topical steroids (Prednisolone). They didn’t help a great deal even though I was on them for about a month.
Then I stumbled on turmeric as a potential cure. I used the Golden Paste recipe and followed it to the letter.
A few weeks later, I came across bleach as worth a try link
Within a few weeks: cured! Seriously.
I consumed the Golden Paste by having a heaped teaspoon in about a quarter cup of milk. Place your cup of milk and paste inside a bowl, and pour boiling water in the bowl. After about ten minutes, the paste will have softened and you can stir it up and swallow it without lumps.
I drank at least two cups per day, sometimes four.
As for the bleach baths, I would have one per week.
Once everything cleared up, I started adding about 20 to 30 drops of tea tree oil to my baths. Not sure if it helps in any way, but it certainly hasn’t caused any problems.
Good luck if you have eczema or psoriasis and send me an email if this works for you.
